Policies for Accepting Items for RMA:

  • This product furnishes the right from the purchase date being repaired at free cost within 12 months.

  • All the accessories are excluded from free warranty terms.

  • From the product quality itself (without physical damage caused by user), customers can enjoy free repair service from the authorized maintenance department base on the Warranty Card and Commercial Invoice.

  • Returned goods that are out-of-warranty / physically damage / without the original stickers / not sold by HuddleTec will not be accepted.

Policies for Shipping Defective items for RMA:

  • To return products, please contact with sales by email attached details of your defective products and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You need obtain a RMA Number and write it on invoice in order to return the product to our company.

  • Customer will send the defective products back to us with shipping charge prepaid.

  • RMA Number to be written clearly on the outside of your box and HuddleTec is not responsible for products lost during shipping.

  • HuddleTec should return RMA to customer with shipping charge prepaid.

Policies for RMA Replacement:

  • HuddleTec will process the replacements for RMA within 3-5 days from the dates of receiving (But the customers must bear the shipping fee from his place to the factory).

  • The product would be either repaired, replaced, upgraded after strict test by our QC department.
